Madelyn Russell

I love meeting and learning about people. Growing up I lived in 6 different places, including overseas in Abu Dhabi for 3 years. Later as an adult, I lived in Croatia and Bosnia for 18 months as a volunteer, becoming fluent in Croatian and Serbian. In every place that I have been I have loved learning about the people around me, beginning when I was in Abu Dhabi as a child and learning Arabic and understanding what Ramadan means, up until living in Michigan and connecting with my neighbors and community. I love finding meaningful connections and seeking to find ways I can improve lives.

I lived in Michigan for 8 years before moving to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, where I majored in Experience Design and Management, with a minor in Information Technology emphasizing User Experience. I have found the combination of human centered design and information technology has been invaluable when it comes to solving problems within my work as well as my life. I have since worked with Qualtrics to provide innovative tech solutions to a large variety of clients.

I am a dedicated worker. I am passionate about finding solutions, creating healthy and collaborative work environments, and seeking innovation wherever I am. I am a strategic thinker with a passion for not letting logic overpower human needs, ensuring that the end user is always centered in any project I complete. I love cats, reading, being outdoors, and whatever DIY project comes to my head that day. I am enthusiastic about every chapter of my life.
